mellodcd Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 I found this article today about a partnership between the Troopers and the Natrona County School District (Casper, WY). They are working together to provide Casper with a summer band program, that already has over 100 applicants. To me this is a win-win situation for the Troopers and the community.
