Big Loud and Live Ticket Question

Recommended Posts

So I may not know if I can go to the "Cinema Event" for sure until tommorrow night. Been a while since I've been but worried about them selling out. Do most of you buy your tickets on line and print them or just wait till you get there?

It depends on the location I imagine...but in Westchester NY you can buy just before the show without any problems...I never had a problem. If your so worried about it just buy your ticket online. They charge the same service fee at the theater, so you don't pay any more by paying in advance.

I was so eager to go to prelims this week at the theater that I lost track of time and showed up 24 hours early...I kept arguing about the DCI show with the girl behind the counter until I realized that I had the wrong day.:tongue:

Yeah I think it really depends on the location. I live in SoCal, so for the DCI 2011 Tour Premiere I bought my tickets online (because I didn't know you could pay at the box office) and it turned out that there were still quite a few empty seats. For the showing tomorrow I called my theater and asked about it and the guy said that I could just buy my tix at the box office because he "highly doubts this event will get sold out." tongue.gif But like I said, it depends on the location. I had some friends who tried to buy tickets at the box office and they got sold out so they had to run to the nearest theater and watch it there. tongue.gif

Last year, every seat at the Knoxville, Tennessee showing was filled 30 minutes prior to the first corp's performance. Buy tickets in advance to be safe!

That's good to hear. Wish I could say the same about Huntsville, AL! Maybe this year. :-)
