Nick Ryan returns in the role of Bass Technician and adds Battery Coordinator to his duties. Jerry Carpenter is back again as Front Ensemble Arranger. Craig Myers returns as Pit Technician. In addition, some talented new instructors come to the Colts with a wealth of drum corps experience. "The staff is really excited about the continuity of approach that has developed after coming together in 2011," said Nelson. "A solid core group from last season, along with the infusion of some great new talent, is going to provide the percussion section a sturdy foundation on which to build in 2012 and beyond."
