bushdm86 Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) The Bushwackers and the Pennsauken High School Band Parents are proud to co-host the Pennsauken Invitational on Sunday August 26th at 2pm at the Pennsauken High School Stadium at 800 Hylton Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08100. The Pennsauken Invitational will include the Kidsgrove Scouts, Cadets2, Excelsior, your co-hosts, the Bushwackers, plus four high school bands. This will be the only appearance of the Kidsgrove Scouts in New Jersey on their US tour! Tickets are $15 for general admission seats, with children under 6 free. You can order your tickets online at www.bushwackers.org and click on Home Shows or purchase your ticket the afternoon of the show. Celebrate the last week of the DCA season and attend the Pennsauken Invitational on Sunday August 26th! Corps are at their peak and competition has been fierce this season! Featured at this show are the 2011 Drum Corps champions from across the Atlantic - the Kidsgrove Scouts! They are here to go head-to-head with a new unit - Cadets2 - from the 2011 DCI World Champion organization of the Cadets. This will be first time the 2 corps battle it out, and is also the only New Jersey performance for the Kidsgrove Scouts. It is truly an international competition not to be missed! Cadets2 had a day off for a nice practice and so they are pumped to do a great show today as well. Come and enjoy some fierce performances on this last regular show of the 2012 DCA season! Special congrats to Cadets2 for winning their first DCA show, to Excelsior for braving the traffic and arriving on time to perform and to the Kidsgrove Scouts for being one of the nicest corps I have ever working with. Plus Kidsgrove put on a great show! Thank you to all the volunteers, alumni and friends.
