Michael Boo Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 I loved the old helmets with the off-centered plumes. It was such an individualist look that no one else had. Having said that, I've long suspected that for visual alignment purposes, the off-centered plume perhaps created some problems from above. For example, it wouldn't look good to have a line of members with alternating bodies facing opposite directions. That would look like total alignment meltdown.
