As in Blue Devils B? 16.60 Blue Devils B I calculated their projected Prelims percussion score out to be right in between Mandarins and Pacific Crest, with a standard deviation of 0.15 (so, 95% probability that 16.3 to 16.9 is the right range for them on this set of rankings).
