The Ghost Riders won the title and ended a 7-year unbeaten streak by the Star United Mini-Corps. All the practices and individual effort paid off as the Ghost Riders rocked the Navy Marine Memorial Coliseum in Annapolis on the evening of Friday, August 30th. We would like to thank Star United for forcing us to "reach for the Stars" and making The Ghost Riders a better musical group. It has always been our goal to be good enough to share the "Stage" with all the Mini-Corps we competed against over the last 18 years of our existence. To win the title for 2013 was an accomplishment we will not soon forget. We enjoyed competing against Star United over the last 8 championships and are looking forward to doing so again next Labor Day weekend in Rochester, NY. We also would like to thank Star for the respect they showed us as we were moving to the Stadium and immediately after our performance. For those who have DCA Fan Network subscriptions, if the mini-corps livestream is still up, I warmly recommend watching the scores announcement, which is a nice little moment.
