Minnesota Lancer Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 DCI recently announced that DCI Minnesota was being moved to La Crosse to accommodate a concert to be held at TCF Bank Stadium in conjunction with the 2014 MLB All-Star game. Assuming that DCI had a contract for this event, I am wondering what type of consideration they got from MLB or the concert promoters to move the drum corps show. cdm Posted February 22, 2014 Share Posted February 22, 2014 (edited) DCI probably got zero consideration to move the show. I bet the most that was offered was the chance to have a show there in the future, if the facility management is in a good mood that day, and a quilting convention didn't want to rent the facility at the same time.
