drumlaw80 Posted August 19, 2005 Share Posted August 19, 2005 PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC: Crunchy Frog is proud to announce that the brilliant, world-class and award-winning evil music arranger Malo Llave (aka Evil Key Poulan) has completed his arrangement of the traditional Czech anthem, "In Heaven there is no Beer," for Crunchy Frog 2005. Now that we hold this musical masterpiece in our webbed hands, the Crunchy Frog design team will hold secret meetings this weekend to finalize the Crunchy Frog 2005 Farewell Tour show concept, the bulk of which wil be conceptually based upon the following thematic principle: In Heaven there is no beer That's why we drink it here And when we're all gone from here Our friends will be drinking all the beer. The first time I actually hear this was at the Sacramento Jazz Festival Memorial Weekend 2003 - and it was that prison band! (memory does not serve at the moment.) Everybody knows the tune! I've been a member of the band for 15 years. Or is that 15 - 25 years. At any rate, we have a good time. Glad you enjoyed it. I love the Simpsons!
