bssop97 Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 (edited) I use to do the agianst the wall routine BUT I changed it to the ground for two reasons. 1) You CAN'T tense up you shoulders. 2) I do breathing exercises too while they are on their back...
