Gotta agree with you, as far as back to back. 80 WAS our best overall season, IMHO, but 77 and 78 combined, were two EXCELLENT years! Loved the "Yes, We Have No Bananas!", and "Chiquita Banana" drum solos that we opened with in 77, and Jim Brady's solos!!! Also loved the 78 version of Doc Severinsen's "Spanish Dreams", along with Brady's phenomenal solo work, once again!!! By the way...very close call between the 78 and 80 horn lines.
