A27Lancer
Welcome 1975! You'll find quite a few of us from your era here. Lancers still get a lot of discussion (mostly great!) in the historic forums. Hope you become a regular contributor.

Thank you, I played chimes in '75 and I've recieved several e-mails since the 2006 Countdown Show. This forum was brought to my attention and so far it has been fun. Gorgo
Then I've seen you marching them thar chimes! :) I got both Classic Countdown DVDs recently, and I keep finding myself going back to that '75 Lancers show, and playing repeatedly the buildup before and then the final push on Danny Boy. Goose bumps every time, I tell ya! Needless to day, in this genre/activity, it doesn't get much better than that, folks. . . BTW, welcome to DCP! I'm the DCP resident faithful old pooch (invitation to check out my profile) that hangs out mostly in the OT access area, and in the Bored Forum mostly inside of that place. If you ever want to come join in there, you need to request access from the admins, and they can get you in the door. :) Have fun - this is one great place to "hang out" whilst you are online! :) Edited September 17, 2006 by Gorgo
