Here’s a little background on the talented brass staff we have in Bayonne!

DENNIS ARGUL, Brass Instructor

Dennis Argul's Drum Corps career began in 1973 as a member of the St. Andrew's Kidets, the then-feeder Corps for the Bridgemen. Dennis moved up to the big show in 1976 when he joined the Bridgemen and performed through the 1981 season as a Baritone player. He was featured in the squeeling bari solo of 1980's "Big Noise From Winnetka," a duet after Civil War Suite, and the octet of 1978's "Harlem Nocture."

I popped on my 1980 DVD to find Dennis in these features. All I saw was this skinny Spanish kid with Jon Bon Jovi Hair. Where was the rest of him? :worthy:

Dennis already knows that 77-80 Bridgemen are among my very favorite drum corps shows of all time. I was never aware that he was in those small group features. Cool stuff!
