Do you want to march but think you can't make the time commitment? Want to march but need to work? THINK AGAIN!!! Spirit of New Jersey is ready to start the 2007 season with their Open House this Saturday, December 2 from 12 noon to 8 pm, at St Lucy's Parish, 118 7th Avenue Newark NJ St Lucys Parish was the home of the old St Lucy's Cadets. Come see how affordable marching with Spirit of New Jersey can really be. Come and see how our rehearsal schedule can fit your schedule. Work during the week and march the weekends. Come meet our staff Brass Caption Head - Jose Valasquez Percussion Caption Head - Darik Kelly Visual Caption Head - Matt Mingle Guard Caption Head - Renae Gallone Borgstom Here all about our tour plans. Arkansas, Texas, Arizona, California. A planned off-day at the Grand Canyon. Total tour fee is only $500. Directions to the Open House: Garden State Parkway (North or South) Take exit 145 to Route 280 East. Stay in right lane approximately 2 miles. Take exit 14 (King Boulevard). At traffic light turn left onto King Boulevard. At next light turn left onto Seventh Avenue. Church is on the left, one block up. Turn left onto Ruggiero Plaza. Parking lot is next to the Church. New Jersey Turnpike (North or South) Take exit 15W onto Route 280 West. Exit at Clifton Avenue. At traffic light turn right onto Clifton Avenue. Go one block to next light then turn right onto Seventh Avenue. Church is 2 blocks on right. Turn right onto Ruggiero Plaza. Parking lot is next to the Church. The Spirit of St Lucy's must have been smiling as we had an excellent turnout. It was great to see the vets and so many new faces. Our next rehearsal is Jan 13.
