Hrothgar's 2007 Rule Proposals

Here they are:

#Extension of warm-up time (so corps can perform signature introductions before they start, like Spirit with Georgia)

#Any form of electronic equipment is strictly prohibited

#All instruments must be in the key of G

#All music and arrangements must be approved by DCI before they can be played
