If no one has ever had the chance to hear Don Dean or Jason Parent talk about drum corps than I suggest you do sometime in life. They are a wealth of information. Yamaha and Scott Atkins outdone themselves as usual! A major thanks to those guys. A big thank you to Don Dean for inviting me out to help with the clinic and play some tenors again. Grenadier eh Posted April 21, 2007 Author Share Posted April 21, 2007 Still LOVE those drums! Hey Bill, They are a beautiful drum in our opinion as well.........what makes them unique is the finish. Yamaha makes it for kits but not for marching percussion because of the bass drum diameter needed. I hope you get a chance to see them again with the Grennie uniform under the carrier.
