Shadow_7
One more question, why many corps change back to baritone?euphonium have darker and larger sound, isn't it? The Baritones are much cheaper to purchase. It's hard to recruit people who choose to march Euphonium. Euphonium intonation tendancies differ from the Baritiones. Baritones are lighter. Baritones are better heard on solo parts because they aren't as dark and mysterious. When Yamaha started being used by drumcorps, they didn't offer a marching Euphonium in their marching brass series. They only had a convertable shoulder Euph. They have a marching Euphonium now, and it's quite nice, but five years ago, they didn't.

randomnoise
Yes, it has, and I would be more than happy to contribute some of my input. What would you like to know? Basically, what makes it better than a Yamaha 204!
regularsopguy
The Dynasty brass are inexpensive because Dynasty knows charging loads more is a rip-off. Kanstul horns are very good, but they are not worth the extreme expense. As for being built to last, the Dynasty baritones and euphoniums are the most durable marching brass I've encountered, and that includes more durable than the Kanstuls. agree on first statement! Kanstul horns are not extremely expensive. you might be thinking of the list price. in my experience Kanstul horns are only a bit more than Yamaha or dynasty, like by $30-$40 more on stuff like mellos and baris. For the money, my band program has had no problems with that little bit more investment for a horn that will last for 10 years+ disagree on the last statement. We have kanstuls that are almost 10 yrs old and are intact. I couldn't say the same for any dynasty horns i've seen at that age.
