Any word on Teal Sound?????Went a long way for a small corps last year...

We always put ankle weights on the ends of our horns a minimum of 5 lbs....And in our free time we would challenge ourselves by competeing to see who could hold the horn up the longest with the correct posture while having 3-4 pairs of shoes on the end of the horns.... Also,we did alot of sit-ups/crunches every day and lots of pull ups....The most important thing is working out the shouldes as has already been said....It's more of a how much pain can you take thing though.....Most of it's in your head....If you think you can hold it then you will but if not you prolly won't be able to hold it....

I was a member of the 04 CoH hornline and i'm so glad that i could get my first drum cors experience with this young corps...After they foled i wondered where i would land next but after i heard that louis lugo, the caption head that formed the great horline in 04, would be teaching at teal Sound i knew that's where i wanted to be because i knew that he would take a little hornline and turn it into something massive and he did..But i wish CoH was still around...

I hope that Teal Sound has another exciting and sucessful season.I hope thing work out so I can march one last season before I go to the Marine Corps Band.And I look forward to hearing yet another powerful hornline created by Mr.Louis Lugo.

My Drum Corps nickname is Gump, I march Teal Sound and play Euphonium.

It was hard for me to go back to high school and deal with people not putting forth the effort necessary for a productive rehearsal... And having to deal with people thinking they can come to rehearsal when they want to instead of on time... The biggest thing I guess is the whole rolling of the toes thing no one else is rolling their toes and the band director told me not to worry about it just keep on rolling my toes and show the judges at least one person can march of the bunch..
