I saw this on Facebook apparently this creep marched an all-age corps in New Jersey?! Something has to be done!! As a parent it makes me think twice about letting my 14 year old child march in any DCA corps until they start doing something to identify and eliminate this type of behavior. Group packages to Europe aren't very expensive. I have booked several trips for groups larger than 25 people and it's always been a bargain (as recently as 3 weeks ago). Who did you go through to find your deal? Honestly, and I don't mean to cause any problems here (I really don't), but it seems to me that you either didn't do your homework as far as finding a reasonable package OR this is simply about another issue (lack of interest???) that you don't want to let us know. If it's the later that's cool, I'm sure all corps are having membership issues, but don't lie about it. This is a msg board about integrity and honor in the activity. Don't try to save face by not telling people the truth.

Since I couldn't make the open house I was expecting some details about it on DCP. What was the turn out like? What music are you guys playing? Rumor has it that sky will be playing on a new set of Bb's this year. Any truth to this? I also heard that we may be hearing a return to sky of the past, with such classics as New York New York, Elks Parade, and Hava Nagilia. Please tell me it's true.

This is one of the open houses i am truly looking forward to. Someone told me the open house was going to be at dorney park in PA. I will be visiting family in the Allentown, PA area so I would love to come.

I think it's really cool that people are coming all the way from Quebec to join the Cabs Alumni. You guys were so awesome at DCI finals this year.

Shouldn't this thread be moved? How many posts are you going to make about your staff? We get it. You have a new staff. I thought you were going to post about how great the Bucs were at finals and how they deserved to win the show. It's no Paso De La Pyramid. One of my top 3 all time favorite Cab shows, next to 2002 and 1996.

Rochester is a dump. Do we really need to have finals in a 2nd rate city that has no tourism? DCA is a smart organization that would benefit more if finals were in Winston Salem. Just my 7.1 cents.
