One rehearsal to go before the performance at the reunion...... If you'd like to "sit in" with the Sunrisers Alumni Corps, stop in on the 11th @ the Jets bubble! Practice - Friday, Nov. 11th at Jets bubble Performance - Sat., Nov. 12th at the Sunrisers Reunion in Seaford,L.I. practices start at 8pm DIRECTIONS TO THE BUBBLE: Take whatever Road gets you to the Meadowbrook Parkway north or south to Hempstead Turnpike West. Make Right Turn onto Earl Ovington Blvd. (just before the footbridge over the turnpike, end of Nassau Coliseum lots), Go north to the first traffic light (about 500'). Turn left into the Hofstra parking lot. Take parking lot road to the end(250'). Turn left (at small bubble) and go to far end of lot. You can park anywhere in the main lot. We hope to see ya there!! Though I'd hate to see the Sunriser Clubhouse go, I'd understand. I've been having a conversation with myself for about 4 or 5 mo. now. If not for Joe stopping in to say HI, I'd still be the only one there. I don't get it, You folks at DCP offer a place for Corps members to go, talk to each other in a "semi-private" forum, and my corps doesn't even know I've been there talking to myself!......... I'll be sad to see it go, but your going to have to do what you have to do.... Thanks for "keeping an open mind", I wish I had some answers....
