YEA! for the change, maybe now the turn over in staff will be reduced, buts that only if the former ED understands his role. ^0^ Does that mean that Sean can hire a new director of the Cadets? So many possibilities if he truly is the "ED" :sshh: Does Sean get the company car and does Hops office moves to the 3rd floor? Is there a salary and expence acount adjustment(ie Starbucks and Seminars paid for but never attended, last minute flights ect...) Can't wait for the "KB", aka Kings Blog, I hope he shares his drama too :P

Thats a great show and have been done in drum corps already. The Americanos won the championships with that show. They even made Top 25 when it meant something went onto to Quarters. In fact, the Scouts current (or last summers) Tour Director John Burgan was our Program Coordinator / Visual Designer that year. I think he also was the corps director. If they do Mambo Kings maybe, they should retain him and tap his resources, pulling out tape to watch it again, #### that was a great show and great year!!!

Is that what Chuck is after, to improve the Troop with this info? I thought it was bizzare collection of info for someone that puts notes on a page. So then are we to believe that Chuck s moving into the adminstration side of the activity now

The All Star Corps is in FL. any reports on the doings and whats happening? I know that the parade is being recorded to be aired on Christmas Day. <santa> Lets here some numbers? Where there being housed? What are they playing? What activies are they doing? Any pics to post? Hey what about some raw video? Any updates would be great! ^OO^

It looks like there falling behind and may soon be operating in crisis mood. That old saying "First imperssion" Changing dates, no staff annouced, ect... If there going to pull off a organized and successful first camp and make that "Good first imperssion" they need to get crack'n. I hope that the will have there act together and are not operating on the irogance it will just fall into place. This is the time of year when the foundation is made, leadership is established, the path is laid for a successful year. Its not when they hit the road. Magic needs to tell us all is fine and make some annoucements or get busy and make it happen. All my best are with them to be successful again. Good Luck Magic!

I find it odd that SCV and Magic haven't named / or found a Director yet. Its getting late if they expect that person to have any impact on the upcoming season.

Sounds like a concflicting statement, "its time for excellence" it was said in ealier statements that Larry and gang achieved that; no break downs, no problem a smooth summer the best in recent history, other than the ending placement. I love it when he can cloud press releases. Scott must be the master programming guy that was misssing. Here's hoping he can. As it sounds he will inherit a good group of kids that are now seasoned members, know how to handle the road and conduct themselves. He should make a huge jump, top 7 with those kids.

That would make the most sense seeming how smooth things ran last season, but sense sometimes is not considered......... There seems to be to much fluff in that release to make me believe all the love from side too side, bet they have a template form for theses articles. I wonder if this new person will be around longer than 2 years, seems like Hop needs to make changes randomly. 3 directors in the last 6 years. Maybe its not them.......... Tomorrows annoucement should be another temporary band aid that is sure to fall off or be removed in a year or so Kudos to the entire team for last seasons successful tour!
