One does not have to look far on here to see threats of manipulation of the vote made RIGHT on this forum. I applaud voiding this vote. It was tainted in many ways.

I'd definitely say never. I am pretty sure that DCI is not at all interested in getting into the "senior/all-age/alumni" corps business. In fact, I think they have the attitude that "they aren't going away" so they have to follow our rules when they are invited to perform in DCI's shows.

Why not? DCM did this summer.

DCI has at least four times at their championships alone as many spectators as DCA. We don't even want to start on the individual show venues and regionals. DCI is held in a football stadium. For some reason, DCA can only find baseball fields to hold their championships at. At least since '99 when it was held at J.Birney Crum stadium in Allentown. I don't like watching drum corps at baseball fields. Count me out. Hey muzzicman, why aren't you in So. Mil? I thought RA was performing there tonight?

What about '99 Scouts at Camp Randall? I thought that was the loudest response I've ever heard.

I know it happened in '84. Maybe it happened in '86 too. But I am POSITIVE I was not at Allentown in '86.

I was not around drum corps in '86. I had a one year old child. I was at Allentown in '84. Helicopters buzzed the field. I was NOT at Allentown in '86 at all.

It looked like somebody stopped four counts early and **&*(*^((*(*^( boom. at least it looked that way from my birdseye view at Warhawk Stadium.

There was no rain at Whitewater in '84. Saw the pile-up. Allentown '84 was when they had to fly helicopters over the field to dry it out. I don't know about '86 (wasn't there) but '84 I am sure about.
