anyone? just watching some shows before 06 and they just had such a different feel to their guard bc of the all female dynamic. and also, wasnt the switch due to competitive reasons? if they're going to do as poorly in guard as they have been then why not go back?

since the mods were closing threads that mentioned the G7 before, I think they should continue doing so and close this one. If people can't play nice then they shouldn't be allowed to play at all.

Ever wish a corps would re-perform a show with better/different drill but keep the same music? For me it's Regiment 2000 - amazing music, visuals not so much.

if DCI dies it doesn't mean drum corps will die.

amongst new exposures to the activity i'd probably say that's not the case.

umm, just by the formation of the g7 getting 2 votes automatically puts any one of them at risk of having 2 votes against them.

if they were the best run then they would be closer in placement to the G7. it's not just about keeping your corps active, it's about trying to get better all the time.

bc you present material as speculation, not concrete facts

have they existed with the level of success they g7 has had? have the acquired the kind of power that draws large audiences in today? have they climbed up the competitive ladder? no? hanging on isnt a sign on managing money well, hanging on and doing well is.

id rather give me money to people who know what to do with it and know how to use it than to people who dont.
