CNS will be hosting the Mid-York Color Guard Championships this weekend - March 31st and April 1st at the North Syracuse Junior High on Taft Road (the usual place we host shows). As in the past, the championships will be broken into four separate shows each with it's own retreat ceremonies. Trish I absolutely agree. There are over 2000 winterguards that compete every winter. Doing a little math... 2000 guards per year times 5 years since Patriots did it means there have been 10,000 different shows since Patriots did it! You just can't go crazy over guards doing the same music. With that many shows in a 5 year period the same music is going to be done by different guards. Good Luck Phantom! Good luck Patriots! I think that the breakdown on how many make finals is in the WGI manual but this can change because there is a minimum score to make it to finals. Typically WGI has not posted schedules until just a few weeks before each particular regional.

Marcus Whitman had an outstanding program for years but they never won WGI.
