  1. Thank you for the response, but these would need to be shipped to Canada. Jim
  2. Hello, Three valve G horns preferable in silver. Thank you.
  3. Does anyone have any to sell? Looking for DEG or Kanstul. Whatever you have.
  4. I may be interested in the G bugles. What condition are they in? Could you send pictures to daddy_j2000@hotmail.com?
  5. Are these B flat horns? I've been to the website and it doesn't say. Thank you.
  6. Wow. Thank you, Sam. I see that Tyler Stewart of The Barenaked Ladies was a member of the Ambassadors of Newmarket also. Very nice websites. Much obliged.
  7. I marched with The Coachmen of Keswick, Ontario back in the mid to late '70's. The corps has been defunct for many years now and there isn't even an alumni site. It would be great to start one, but I've lost contact with all the members I marched with. It's been so many years and I'm sure we're all scattered about this universe somewhere. I'm hoping that this forum will provide an opportunity to get in touch with some of the people I knew from that era. Three cheers to you all. It would be great to reminisce.
  8. Hope you enjoyed the show. Some of our members also perform in the Canadian GAS ensemble. This year the GAS performance is in Quincy, Massachusets on the May 5th, 6th, 7th weekend. Hope you can make it to that. The Toronto Signals recently performed at the Erie, PA "Tartan Ball" on March 3rd. We'll be in Lexington, MI on July 2nd and Richmond, MI on September 10th.
  9. The Toronto Signals, Canada's marching ambassadors, are recruiting new members now. We're actively seeking horn players (G Soprano, Mellophone, Baritone and Contra), Drummers (snare, tenor, bass and cymbals), Bell players and Colour Guard. We have been performing for audiences throughout Canada and the United States since 1926. The Toronto Signals Band is one of the oldest, continuous operating Bands in Canada, and we are crowd favourite at Parades, Concerts, Tattoo’s and Drum Corp Shows. Readily recognized by our scarlet and black uniforms, we have maintained the reputation as a precision marching unit and a superb playing group. We have distinctively earned the title of “Canada’s Marching Ambassadors” and have won over 350 awards since our inception. Although experience is an asset, it is not required. We are willing to teach inexperienced players. Being a member of The Toronto Signals is great fun. You’ll meet new people, visit new places, and gain new knowledge. We’ll provide you the training, if you’re willing to provide the desire. Our practices are Monday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Fort York Armoury. Right across from the CNE grounds at Lakeshore and Strachan. Please visit our website at www.torontosignals.com for more information. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
  10. What do you mean by sets? Do you mean one seat for all three final shows in each set? Or is each set four seats? Please let me know. I may be quite interested. Jim Kennedy daddy_j2000@hotmail.com
