  2. Is this a compliment or insult? I've played with Yamaha organizations for the past 10 years I have no idea what the quality of Premier products is like.
  3. I'll be "That guy"... So.... Cornets Trumpets Trombones bell forward euphoniums Flugel horns are undesirable horns in a concert setting due to the fact they are all 'directional' in nature???

  8. I honestly liked the arrangement. However, electronicly produced sound will never move me the way a person who has command over a wind instrument can. -contra chris

  10. IMO, when a guest at a facility, one should not get in a pissing match with a facility employee, in this case the head football coach. The corps director should have allowed said field to be mowed and should have worked on some other aspect of the show (i.e. music). If the director felt strongly, he/she should have communicated the grivence with thier host (i.e. hs band director) and let them hadle the issue at hand. In short, when you are a guest at a facility, be flexible with the 'native' inhabitants of that space, as they may see you as an intruder, not a guest in their territory. -contra chris
  11. Allentown...easy parking, good (stadium) food, easy access from Rt 22, 'upper deck' gives a great birds eye view of the field, the fans at this show are some of the most amazing drum corps people I have ever met, and it is in the backyard of the Poconos!!! LOVE IT!!! -contra chris
  12. LOVE IT!!!! thanks for sharing -contra chris
