IMHO I think that the matter should have been brought up before the corps was brought out onto the field. Because they did say that they were repainting between every few corps anyways weren't they?

What's your opinions? Was his decision right? Was the penalty deserved?

Due to some health issues that came up Jim had to leave us :( It was a big loss to the bassline and we miss you Jim! Nice to see your still pluggin along! Hope to see you around!

And we enjoyed staying with Fusion very much too! You all were very nice to us and we appreciate it! Your drummers are also really cool too!:) But the whole corps was so nice and we all enjoyed staying with you guys! Congrats to you guys on coming out swinging with 2nd place at your 2nd EVER show!

I do have to say so myself, this weekend was one of the most enjoyable weekends I have ever had. And Sara, It wasn't a naked combined sectional, everone put their shorts back on when the Fusion drummers came. But staying with Fusion was a very memorable exerpence and I enjoyed every minute of it! The members were so kind to us and quick to get along and just have a good time! Which makes me agree, it's not always about the scores, it's about the actual experience!(Even though I didn't mind the win saturday! :) ) I hope we end up seeing Fusion again, on and OFF the field! B) And the weekend in Virginia was very nice too, I enjoyed the weather very much. It wasn't that hot, I actually found it comfterble. I found the weekend went pretty smooth, both at the show and personally with the corps. I'm guessing from reading this you guys can guess that I really enjoyed this weekend! Everybody enjoy the rest of the season!

My 1st drum corps performance was with the Rochester Crusaders in Centeral Square in 05, I remember going down to the field after warming up, I was with the pit then. We were walking down and as we were going down my nose started bleeding. Out of all times a perfect time to have a nose bleed eh? And the pit had white dress shirts on, so I had blood all over my shirt. It finally stopped just as we were going onto the field, and I remember going out there and thinking "wow, I've always wanted to march a drum corps, and now here I am" It was an amazing feeling. I will never forget that night.

Video from Channel 10: I do have to say that yesterdays open house was AMAZING. I was really skeptical about as many people coming out for the drumline as they said there were going to come out. But there was deffinatly a big turnout for the drumline! 10-4-7 with a estimated 3 snares more and 2 more tenors coming and trying out!! I went downstairs at lunch and listened to the hornline, and all i have to say is WOW, they are LOUD and GOOD! The guard is HUGE and are very good, already knowing part of the show!! I am very amazed on what a good of a step we got off too!!! Deffinatly should be something to come check out! -Todd Rochester Crusaders Pit-2005 Bass 5-2006
