  1. Hopefully there was an audience for you in all that rain. We had the same weather on the east coast. BTW, Johnny Comes Marching Home is our signature piece in the Yankee Rebels. Best of luck to you guys. I always keep up with your progress and I really hope you can make a go of it!
  2. I was very disappointed that myself and the Yankee Rebels were unable to play the TOS. We did not get 100% of our hornline to commit to the show and our director opted to pull out of the show. That being said, we did have the full commitment of our drum line and color guard. Our sound would have suffered without the missing buglers but I really looked forward to performing this show. Thank you for showing interest. Robbie
  3. The Reilly Raiders played Larry Kerchner's Taps when he was their instructor back in the late 90s. Since then I believe all particpating corps are invited to play it when it's being performed.
  4. Ooooh, this should be a good one! Guess Who # 291 ? Could he be wearing a "silver" medal?
  5. I did notice. I was just trying to have some fun with everyone. I guess that didn't come across.
  6. Was Eddie Gaedel the midget that Bill Veeck sent to the plate?
  7. His name puts me in mind of an Italian food dish.......mmmmm
  8. Guess Who # 290 ? The guy on the left has the same last name as former President Kennedy's middle name and the guy on the right is of the Italian persuasion.
  9. Done! Get well, Donna. Our thoughts are with you.
  10. Gotcha! I wasn't in uniform. Now I did wear it at the GAS but we wore our SUMMER uniforms. Do SUMMER unis count as being in uniform or not being in uniform? Now for our featured Guess whos...........is Mr. Salt who plays contra, of the Italian persuasion?
  11. Tony, I was so inspired when you told me that story that I wore mine during the concert at the Elks.
  12. OHHH, so close, Rabbit!! (P.S. Come on over to the Rebs anytime!!)
  13. Well, we know Tony is part of the GWPD as well as Mike Siglow and apparently Carol. I'm just a civilian.
  14. The Troggs........Wild Thing!! Good tune. Another clue: if the shoe "fitz". Andy, I will pm you about the drama today.
  15. I think he was supposed to be the drum major at the beginning of the season but I did see Dominic back as DM at the Reading Bucs show in Elverson in May. He is the Assistant Director and brass instructor for Steel City.
  16. After what has transpired in the last 2 hours, I won't have to worry about being in the parade. Looks like I can do Kellys.
  17. I wonder if Mr. Pepper ever watched "Uncle Miltie"?
  18. Guess Who # 290 ? Mr. Pepper & Mr. Salt are Skyliners?
  19. I guess those of us that are IN the parade miss all the fun! Next year I tell the Yankee Rebels, NO WAY, I'm hanging at Kellys!!!
  20. Buscemi is such an odd name. I wonder if Frank in the photo is related to Steve Buscemi in some way?
  21. I had mine on! I even wore it for the concert we did for the Elks but not the parade.
  22. One @ a time please...L to R, Guess Who # 288 ? 1. Steve Buglino 2. Frank Dorritie 3. Number 3 is the only person who has lived after calling me Bert instead of Robbie. I believe this average joe is of the Italian persuasion.
