Anyone from North Carolina going to San Antonio? I'm flying out from Raleigh on Friday afternoon.

Just curious as to where the extra personnel will be utilized. Guard? Horns? Percussion? Pit? Will surely depend on design, but I would love to see more horns. I like it LOUDDDDD!!!!!

Just got mine yesterday. Good quality. Not as many cameras as finals, so more views from the top, which I prefer anyway. At $29, a jammin' deal.

The judges seem to be giving Crown some well-deserved love as of late, but they seem to be destined for 6th. Based on most late season indicators (let the slotting discussion begin), I would be surprised if the top three are not, in this order, BD, Cadets, Cavies.

Though the last couple of times Crown and Cavies met head to head, Cavies took first in guard.

This is just a rumor that I received from two seperate sources in Madison whom I believe to be somewhat in the know. It appears that the Jim Mason/Scouts rumor of years past has reached a new crescendo with the aforementioned being more receptive as each day passes. Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor? Michael
