People attacking corps members has never made sense to me. Blame the design team. The kids on the field are not professionals and are not going to be perfect, no matter how much they've practiced it. And even the best professionals in the world sometimes screw up in live performances.

For those who have been getting the Error 2021, what is your internet speed like? I'm only getting about 12 mb/s down (thanks AT&T) but that's normally enough to have two people watching different things in 1080p on Netflix at the same time without any issues.

I just downloaded FIrefox and I kid you not, two minutes into restarting the stream..same error 2021. Do Flo's tech support people not know what their own error codes mean?

Same here. They told me to switch from Chrome to Firefox. So the typical Flo response of "It's your fault , not our's."

Maybe it does now, it didn't used to. Though ABP also automatically white lists some ads and lets them through if they're paid to do so. You won't get that with uBO which takes no payment or donations to maintain it's integrity.

FYI for those watching in browser and getting the loan commercials, install uBlock Origin in the browser add-ons. It will block those , and stuff like youtube ads, where Ad-Block + will not. uBO is a superior ad blocker.

Props and modern "uniforms" will only help so much with staying competitive. You still have to design a good show. And..well..

I think I say this every time there's a livestream, but the quality of the brass programs in the low end of World Class is just astounding to me. The gap from bottom to top, while still significant, seems a lot smaller to me now than it did 10-15 years ago.

There are some corps that do this and see it as a win/win. Spending the extra time at a couple of camps having staff teach students who have no shot at making the corps is worth it to build a foundation for the future. Some of those kids will be inspired to work hard and will come back and make the corps next year. There may even be one or two kids who were unimpressive at the first camp, work their tail off and impress the staff so much at the second camp that they earn a contract. And if the corps brings in an extra $10,000 from the additional camps fees, that certainly will help get them down the road once tour rolls around. Now the situation that @DCI-86 described is definitely a problem. They need to be clear from the get-go what the premise of the camp is because there are people who fly in from all over the place and spend a lot of money just to audition. There are some corps who definitely make that clear with their "Experience" camps.

Not the first time I've heard that. I had a former and a current student audition for Blue Stars this year. The older one was offered a contract but he chose to decline it and is marching elsewhere, (and having a blast I might add.) They both told me that they did not like the atmosphere at the camp. No one said anything bad specifically to them but from what they told me the whole atmosphere created by the veterans and staff just didn't feel like a place they would want to call home.
