  1. It's not just about the "LOUDness" the mouthpiece produces. The material it's made of (Stainless Steel) is very nice to the chops and is very accurate when trying for any note. but if you want to try concrete, be my guest.
  2. Obviously people think it's too high for thi mouthpiece. I'm willing to let it go for $90. Come on guys!
  3. Mellophone Mouthpiece (pictured is tuba...same design) Really, this mouthpiece is a mistake to pass up! Mouthpiece is in perfect condition!
  4. Same maunfacturer of the low brass and trumpet LOUD mouthpieces, a concept mellophone mouthpiece was made for the 2006 Memphis Sound hornline. 8 were made and more haven't been manufactured. I'm selling mine for the price it would be sold...$150. It is made out of Stainless Steel and is a size 6. Feels great and doesn't wear on the chops like other mouthpieces. It is in phenomenal condition and would be a great mouthpiece for your collection. Send me a PM if you're interested. Thanks!
  5. Press Release from Memphis Sound: The 2009 edition of Memphis Sound is proud to bring you their production “Celebrations…Rebirth of a Planet.” As we continue to struggle in our day to day lives, we find that in each new day, we have things to celebrate with the human nature of making life more successful each day. As we continue to research new forms of energy, new medical breakthroughs, how to feed the hungry, how to recycle, how to replant and reenergize the planet, we celebrate a planet that begins to find a new life in itself and its inhabitants. More information on the production and camps can be found on the Memphis Sound website: www.memphisdrumcorps.org

  7. I go to the University of North Texas and we use amps and a synth. Our Marching director is Nick Williams, with Madison Scouts. We use it well...and we perform as exhibition at UIL Texas State Marching Contest...So I guess it's just how you use it.
  8. Mempho is still in everydays working on their show "Awakenings". I've heard they're working REALLY hard and are still looking for some brass players. Theyre just trying to get the show on he field right now and after that, you'll see amazing stuff...They dont start tour till July 20th
  9. Memphis Sound Drum and Bugle corps is still looking for members in the trumpet, mellophone, and baritone/euphonium sections. Please, if you'd like to come out to the next camp(April 24), check out the website www.memphisdrumcorps.org . This year is going to be very exciting for Memphis Sound and we would enjoy seeing many more faces and continuing from our 2007 World Championship in Pasedena. Thanks for your support.
