Yeah I understand that, but I mean seriously if someone was hired to do the job how can things really be that bad to get rid of them during camps or the summer. programs grow with consistancy. it just seems that there are a lot of corps not keeping staff around. I guess some feel that things can be done better with maybe themself in the role.

well I have heard of some corps out on tour right now that have been doing staff changes. i know this went on a little last year, but I am getting word that it is going on more.

Is it normal for all the staff changes that go on in the open class scene. it seems like these corps are loosing corps directors or they are getting rid of guard percussionor brass staff during the season. is this normal???

Who is your favorite open class corps director? who has turned your favorite corps around for the best and made some great changes to push the corps forward.......?

this is a hard thing to understand. I guess it is still a little early and not all corps are being judged by the same judges at the same time. we will have to see in August.

what is going on with Revolutin this year? I dont se many threads talking about them.

I have not heard much about Memphis sound. I know they have a very short tour, but there is nothign being said about them........ please help me find out more. I am a big fan

I agree with you crfrey71. Academy is a great organization and I believe they know what they are doing. Seseriously look where they came from nobody talking about them to them beign on top. I think they will get in there and do what they do. It really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks..
