  1. Hi Mike!!! I am doing good! I believe it... You both are so happy, it shows :) lol Wrong script.. Looking forward to seeing you and Vickie and (of course) the Kingsmen!! Bringing my boys (they are so hooked on Drum Corps, lol) While watching the webcast last night, guess who was watching along with me?? I wonder who their favorite corps are?? No way did I influence them ; )
  2. You, (Of course), Dave Gibbs, Jamie McFarland, Ron Cefalo, Debbie Russell...it's all coming back to me lol This is bad, I need to get my glasses on lololol Shirley Stratton, I believe was there that parade or it was her sister oy! Our uniforms for the parade were so aprapo (sp?, lol)

  4. Oh my...and there we are....... lol Wow, the memories! I still have my flag pole, flag, and uniform from both years. White Stallions lives on!!!!! I should add "Parade Corps" to my signature, we marched parades with flare! Oh those were the days, FUN! FUN! FUN! Even goofying around we still looked GOOD! Kinda scary seeing ones ownself lolololol
  5. I say...YES! YES! YES! Post away! Can't wait to see you too!! Have to come by to watch practice, can't go to DCI and not watch the corps practice. B)
  6. You go Vickie!!! My buddy from the White Stallions Color Guard, were we awesome back then or what??? Shoot, we did the BD/SCV Color Guard thing long before the Alumni SCV/BD Corps gathering now, lol! A gathering of the best of the best always makes an impact! My boys and I can't wait to see the Kingsmen!! The Rifle Line ROCKS!!!!! Ahhh, the days of old school Drum Corps, STILL makes my heart go KAPOW!!!!! I may be living in the past, but it is where it all started. :)
  7. Mike, Is that who I believe it is??? Karin Olson's sister, Vickie???
  8. True. Guess I am a thinkin' the impossible is possible :) I mean Hey, DCI in California???? It only took 35 years or so to get here lol A tease I know, then off to somewhere for 10. Oy!
  9. SCV's powerful show, of course B) Let's see...back in '74 at Prelims SCV placed 4th. Ahhh, but the next evening at Finals...DCI Champions!!!! I'm telling ya, You just never know what can happen in the end. A night I will never forget, the excitement in the stands was AWESOME!!!!!
  10. Two words for my review of last night's show............. It's on! ; )
  11. A best friend of mine (an Alumni of that famous Rifle Line of the Commodores) and her daughters (one marches SCV A and one marches in Mandarins) are teaching the Bucaneers. I attended the camp a couple of weekends ago, so far so good! It was nice to see former Alumni of the Stockton "Royal" Commodores there to support the corps. I love visiting with my old buddies! My children LOVE Drum Corps and now one wants to march, lolololol Well I knew this was going to happen some day, it's in the cards man.........I mean the family ; )
