What do you want me to ask him? Hey Gibbs buddy... Did you guys cheat last year??? Since I know they didn't cheat last year, why would I want to ask Gibbs at all? It's not my place to ask him, maybe the accusers place to ask, which they haven't or we'd see a post about it on here, ... but definitely not mine. I don't consider questioning the judging community, DCI, or BD on allegations of CHEATING to be "provacative or interesting chat" as you called it....

Well obviously my efforts to close this thread are being ignored because this is the type of BS the Moderators apparently want to have on their message boards... Speculated wrong-doing and attacks on the integrity of judging and the current world champion. NOBODY on this entire 30+ page thread has stated any FACTS of rules being broken. Only their own controversial explanation of the rule. A lot of people on here have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, a few of them actually do and are the only ones that are providing FACTS and not "well, i think".... "I think" isn't going to win you any court cases, ladies and gents. I really would like to know if anyone has contacted David Gibbs about this issue, or anyone involved with BD. this is not breaking the rules, nor were the Bluecoats breaking the rules either, yes, his voice was distorted, yes by amplification of 2 devices, but it was NOT his normal voice. DCI did nothing to penalize them, and this was, by far, more audible to the audience and judges than BD's devil laugh. Some of you, although a very small percentage, are on this thread to discredit the BD's credibility of winning in 2007 by attacking them on this rule. Well guess what, they didn't break any rule. Innocent until PROVEN guilty.

wait a minute... Hey Cowtown, I want you to drop these false allegation against BD and instead take your argument that the use of Electronics and Amplifications rules are utterly Incomplete and cannot be controlled and LETS CREATE ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT BANNING THE USE OF IT!!! WHAT SAY YOU?

Moderators... please shut down this thread and take appropriate actions against individuals that falsely accuse "x corps" of wrongdoing without any REAL evidence to back up their claim. Thanks Cowtown, I really hope you're just bored, but there are other ways to deal with boredom.

guess you can throw away that argument... not saying they (dynasty) didn't use to sound bad, but being a brass player, (what do i know), I can hear distinct improvements in sound quality over the past 8 years of Dynasty with BD... its just a bad first impression that Dynasty will need to get rid of. Last year was a good first step, imo.

after listening to BD 93, this is FULL of amazing bari/euph playing. Soloists were all on fire, great sounds, awesome solo and bari soli playing... Well.. That's my vote anyways.

He had a good open sound, wish they would've staged him a little closer to the front..

didn't BD just do a show that was essentially bad to good??? darkness to light... evil to happy... you get the idea
