DCP, let your friends, students, and family know that The Cadets2 is offering a free open house this Saturday from 10 - 4pm. Those attending the open house can participate and even audition for the corps! Spots in most sections still available! All interested brass, battery, and front ensemble musicians should take advantage of this opportunity.

The Cadets2 are having an amazing kick off season thus far and the corps is looking for more people to share that experience with! An open call has been put out for Front Ensemble Keyboard Players and Low Brass Players(tuba and baritones). Drum Corps Fans, Our activity needs your help. We all love drum corps but the fact of the matter is it needs money to sustain it. Now, 5 drum corps organizations have the opportunity to receive thousands of dollars and the action that has been taken has been incredibly disappointing! I think what you don't understand is that Youth Education in the Arts is not just The Cadets. It also deals with USSBA bands and maybe the young kids that voted for YEA! did not vote for DCI because they are not familiar with it. It's not fair to say that everyone who voted for YEA! purposely did not vote for DCI because you do not know that.

I think more drum corps can only be a good thing! Why do people have to hate on George Hopkins all the time? Even when he does something good like this?

I saw it today. Thank you cadets and nice job for May! Angels in the Architecture sounds fantastic.

My favorite one will probably be say a little prayer for you. I can see BD doing a park and blow during the chorus! Though I don't recognize ALL the songs on the list.

Has anything like this every been done from drum corps camp before? Seems like a good idea to let drum corps fans a little piece of the action before the first performance!
