    my 3 kids started out in troopers - Kevin & Jason in the perc section - Kevin as snare & Jason as cymbals. Kevins's last year was "90 then he went into the Air force. In '94 Jason went to SCV & aged out in 96 as the cymbal section leader. Married a girl in the color guard and now there is a lttle cymbal player & little color guard in that family. Erin marched color guard w/ Troopers & in '97 went to SCV then her last year in '98 went back to Troop. she has 3 future drum corps kids. Drum corps has been a blessing in all of our lives & even tho i have gotten away from it for several years, its still in my blood !! I am hoping '09 will be the year for TROOP to play on Sat nite. And SCV has the most wonderful show! i love drum corps !!<br /><br />other interest include harleys, snorkeling, trying to learn scuba diving and my favorite drug of choice is quilting.<br /><br />i would love to hear from anyone that has an interest in emailing me

    my 1st favorite moment of the ENTIRE season - hearing Brannt Crocker saying "with a score of 85.9 - THE TROOPERS". no matter what happens on saturday - this was the best !!!!! do i sound like a proud former trooper parent. my next favorite moment is SCV - the entire show. the control and sweet sound of the music then the power of the sound with the company front and holding that note FOREVER.. thank you to all the corps for great shows !! valerie Former TROOPER and SCV parent
