So i got the answer.. Apparently WGI told Fantasia that they may want to reconsider some of their design choices! The whole ending is the controversial part which isnt even necessary, they dont have to kill any jews to get their point across. If they just rewrite it so that the "good german" is the only one who is gonna shoot but then choses not to, then it will be less graphic and offensive to some people. I wasnt offended, but I can see how others especially those with ties to WW2 might.

Well I hope no one planned on watching Fantasia on fan Network bc you cant. It says Fantasia requested their show not be available to view due to some content viewers may find objectable!??? Well Fantasia, dont do a controversial show if you dont want the backlash! If you were really concerned with peoples feelings you wouldnt do the show. You are merely trying to stir up buzz and its annoying. I paid for fan Network, I expect to see all the shows. I hope they do not plan on being on the DVD bc heaven forbid people find it offensive. Give me a break

Ayala high school is amazing! It was so good to watch live at the Riverside regional. Lots of energy & fierce performers! A great relief to all the somber shows out there

so Diamante is going full out having their entire cast wearing bald caps. including females. So females have some hair showing out the top, so it looks like a mohawk with shaved sides. they are really getting into character.

I really like West Johnston, Flanagan, SCV & First Flight. there are a lot of guards using Peter Gabriel this year. I agree there are a lot of less entertaining shows

So I watched Fantasia's show and yep, its just asking for controversy. I do like it so far, but definitely thing the show is strong enough to be top 5 yet. I think the groups isn't as strong as their 2008 all rifle group, so in my opinions, they would benefit from a flag statement or some re writes. A lot of their rifle work is just flourishes that stay flat to front, and some tossing thrown in. There is a lot of potential, but as of right now they aren't scoring nearly as high as last year at this time. I am loving First Flights show thought.. Great interpretation of Schindler's List. Beautiful Flag statement and some great GE

Details on Fantasia!!!!! & What was wrong with Arcadia?

So i watched orlando.. and LOVED Flanagan, great show. I liked West Broward's show but I think the show has nothing to do with 9/11 besides the few talking pieces they have which mention 9/11 in their music. It could be any show.. They uniforms, floor, etc.. doesn't make sense to me. But talented guard.

I really enjoyed SCV too, that opening flag line was great!

I preferred Emanon last season.. This season, their show makes no sense to me, it seem like they are going for an Onyx type of show... I also wish pride was utilizing a floor.. I am not such a big fan of guards not using floors!

So I saw Diamante on the website that must not be named.. and It reminded me a lot of the Devils Sea, but the theme is "ritual".. All I saw was a bunch of their recycled tricks for the whole show... Was hoping to see something new or innovative from them. Apparently Fantasia is doing a controversial show called "The Good German", it wasn't clear whether it has a Nazi history built in the show, all I know is that the show is all rifle, there are 6 females who are "Jews" and at they end they kill the jews??? Something along those lines.. Looking forward to seeing that one live to get a better understanding!

Is it the soundtrack that makes it tacky?? Do you feel the same about Alter Ego's 2008 show or Zydeco's 2007 show.., which used recorder messages from family at the end I believe. I havent seen the show, so just trying to understand what makes them tack as opposed to the other guard who have done 9/11 themes...?? Let me know

Did you hear anything about West Broward? I watch Flanagan on U Tube and the show is sooo good! orlando visual looks soo cluttered and there props are not even necessary.. But they have a lot of talent and potential!

Anyone see any of the shows at premier?? Does anyone have any reviews or anything for those who have to wait til the regionals??? I am curious to know if Onyx show has ensemble moments or if its like last years? They did get an 82.5 yesterday, so I assume its good!

I agree with you! West johnson should have been placed a lot higher... especially compared to shows like Logan which I think was placed far too high!

OH GOD, I forgot... WGI is gonna ruin Adele for me again!!!! lol

Def. hoping to see Paramount and Ars Nova make it into finals, they should have last year! Def. wanna see what they are doing at First Flight...I am always surprised by them. Apparently Diamante is supposed to be really strong this season with a cast of 35(since Corona isnt coming out) and of course cant wait to see my fav's Pride and Zydeco! ps. wondering if Onyx will do a show like last years or one more like 09,08. ish! WHO Knows! I just cant wait for show announcements already! I hate the secrecy!

Well it sounds like everyone is having trouble.. Although I find it weird Avon can make it to WGI, they live pretty close. I cant imagine with a little fundraising they would easily be able to pay for entry fees and hotels. So many guards folding!! So sad.. Good grief!
