  3. this planet hell and/or dark chest of wonders would sound great also. Teal could do a great job with integration of guitar/bass.
  4. I understand being bored by BD/Cadets, but you didn't get any entertainment out of SCV, Cavies, or Glassmen? All awesome shows that year (just my opinion though).

  8. Exactly! I am young (marched this year, 4 years till my ageout), but I love many shows from the "old days" (admittedly via FN): BD 76, Guardsmen 79, Bridgemen 80, 27th 80, Suncoast 85, etc... That being said, I also love shows that push the activity in new directions: BD 2010, Cavies early 2000's, etc... I don't see what the problem is other than human stubborness. Plenty of members/fans enjoy both new and old.
  9. Just my opinion, but besides Bluecoats, BD's music (and entire package really) "grabbed me" moreso than any other corps this year.
  10. Yeah. we tried not to laugh at him, but I guess that is understandable. What I didn't get was how he put an "n" into bugle lol
  11. At one of our Walmart runs on tour this summer some random person, after seeing all of our corps jackets, asked my friend politely what a "drum and bungle corpse" was. Yes he said bungle. It is always difficult explaining drum corps to someone who has no idea what it is lol.
  12. Furman University's marching band (under the direction of Jay Bocook) is doing a GLEE themed show this fall term.
