Yes. It's an understatement to say we are incredibly proud of her. It's hard to believe she made The Cadets back when she was 15. What's harder to believe is she's aging out this year. Time flies by way too fast. I'm so grateful she was able to be part of such an incredible organization.

I confirmed with my daughter who plays the horn solo that the only time the amplification kicks in is when she's performing the solo.

Congrats to The Cadets tonight! I talked with my daughter after the show and she said the grass was a challenge, but it looks like they powered through it. :)

She just graduated from high school. This is her third year with The Cadets. Needless to say, I'm one proud dad tonight. My wife is there tonight in Indy and I wish I was, too.

I was at the San Antonio contest over the weekend and at the Dallas contest last night. It wasn't a problem at all in my opinion. I really believe it has a lot to do with the mic placement for the Fan Network.

My daughter marches mello with The Cadets and she texted me after their show saying there was a pile up tonight and one of the kids "inhaled" his retainer.... she said he was fine - he coughed it up. She was just able to avoid getting caught up in the pile. Glad everyone was ok!
