No. Boom mics across the front sideline. Almost every corps has 4-6 of them aimed at the field to pick up the entire hornline BKs are on both 32s and the 50

Almost cost Crossmen a spot in finals (semi finals night electronics problems) but I think that was a few years ago at least now

BK fully mic’d hornline sounds good but these mics are honestly just too much

Academy sounds good but their mics were... loud. lol

This is how many of the corps amplify their entire hornlines... unfortunate IMO but even the top guys (Crown, Bloo, etc) are doing it

Allentown crowd loved the rotating box drill at the end of that part of the show

No one in their immediate area at this show. Raw score is useless in this situation, IMO.

Academy doing a standstill

"Content" is generally what the performers are being asked to do, in terms of difficulty, complexity, variety, etc. Content scores increase throughout the season as the performers get better and the details / nuances become identifiable, allowing the judges to credit those details / nuances in the content score where previously the details / nuances might not have been apparent. Not sure if this helps.

GE scores show BD is gonna pull away the last 2 weeks unless Bluecoats or Vanguard have something up their sleeves...

Mandarins and Crossmen should both be above Cadets.

I had Mandarins in 9th and Crossmen in 10th. I too think Cadets are getting some name assistance here. Historically I have loved many Cadets shows but this one is a mess.

gap from 7-12 is less than the gap from 6-7. Not buying Cadets holding onto 9th...

Bluecoats... overall very good but I don't think that was their best run and not sure their recent changes (tilt???) are going to help. They need to get the design back together to have any chance of staying with BD.

This show belongs in 11th or 12th IMO.
