I can remember being told to jazz run while playing in 1984 with Bridgemen...
not like we were the leaders in any type of marching but it was the only way for people to make it to their spots in a few drill moves.. Not everyone did it.. just those that needed extremely large steps in order to make it to their spots.
The Bridgemen drum and bugle corps are actively searching for the last missing pieces to our hornline puzzle.
Our hornline is growing by leaps and bounds....
we now have
30 sopranos
16 mellos
24 baris
but...
only 8 contras!!!!!
This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need 4 more contras to put our hornline back in balance. If you feel like having a good time is something you would enjoy... if you can't make the time commitment for a senior or junior corps.... and want to be a part of a monster hornline...
then you need to get on this now!!!
We will not be accepting any new members after Feb 11th... so act now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK Bridgemen are ready!!! we can't wait to get there!
only question we keep hearing is how are we gonna fit?? Is there someone to help take care of this? we will be 80+ horns, 30 drummers, and 30 guard.... someone said its gonna get real tight.
we need 3 baris and 2 contras!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that would give us the 24/12 line we want.
wait.....
hows about like 36 bari and 18 contra..... that would be pretty cool
