I was right on the nose with the idea, just didn't know what title of the theme would have been. I JUST KNEW IT! The Auditioned poster gave me the idea, This signal a different direction for BD. Sixty (60) IS A YEAR THAT REPRESENT another change or hallmark of individual life separate from being 20, 30, 40 50 and so on... we all have these stages that we go through and should go through them in the right order with understanding, in which that is how we developed and grow and transform, whether it be our character maturing, the era of the time in which we change adopt etc.. to give back what we learn through life. 60 is the elderly year and hallmark of wisdom and we become that for each other, from childhood 1 to 12, teenager to young adult 13 to 20, full adult 20's, full vigor 30's, years of reasoning 40's, transcendence 50's, and 60's Wisdom. BD is simple saying to us Metamorph is our change in time, going a different direction for the 60th land mark we've reached. celebrating our achievements in history ready to create more history for a new generation and time.

I think its a trick.. that pink graphic tease , how could that look like a match for a Hamilton theme show. plus Scott Chandler just posted even more clearer graphics again.

Yeah flammaster. I have a theory and it is this; I feel that the graphics with hatched eggs, birds, butterflies, wings of the aidition posters are just metaphors for the show and the organizations itself, in meaning Of soaring and transitioning into the future, going forward to explore new fresh ideas, on a new path as you say "pushing the envelope" The Blue Devils way. So yeah I agree and thats what I definitely want to see from them, it suits them. Blue devils expresses new ideas very well and they take to strange content and untrodden grounds bravely and so perfectly in a captivating and sophisticated kinda gansta way. They are Magnificent! So thats what I think of the meanings of those few poster graphics. BD moving and pushing forward.

Yes True.. silence too long. Seem they already have established what the show was gonna be about, it maybe took time with licensed for music. Idk still

Yes very excited.. I look back on the artistic audition posters they were posting,, and i thought maybe the theme have to do with the consistent graphics from each poster. Artistic Elements in posters: They were colourful, like bright rich beautiful colours. Very Abstract An Hatching Egg, (probable an hatched bird egg). Lots of flying reference like, Birds Butterfly Wings (It gives the impression of one flying) i could post the pictures here? everyone could take a shot at figuring out the THEME or just make up a theme seem fitting until Monday when the big reveal. It would keep this room fun and occupied until. What do you say guys???? should i post the Audition posters here so we can play FIGURING OUT THE THEME OR MAKE UP ONE ? lol

Disagree. Beside everything else that the activity is about, wining is a big part of that. If you can win why not win, if any corps win it should be that its hard worked and fought for hens well deserved, and not because another corps let you win. Its called a COMPETITION.

It didn't state it under THEME its under the Repertoire, one of the music being used. lol

I just hope Cadets really bring something fresh and worthy of thier reputation and legacy. The tradition with them is really awesome strong and a big part of what make them who they are while they yet have come upon a time now that requires for them to transition into the now future of drum corps. They really working hard to update themselves with keeping the tradition as both The past and present merge perfectly heading into the future. Now future meeting with Traditions will definitely give the Cadets an amazing outstanding evolve identity that remains intact only updated. I have a feeling something really good is coming. Cadets is not lost they just having a little time adjusting the right way. They will find that balance and it will become a force to be recon with.

That Fanfare is spectacular! I can just only imagining what BD sounds like. I am even more excited for BD this year. I am feeling wowed without even knowing the theme of the show, because if anything I am certain of BD always amazes me every year with what they bring. Its like you can never tell what they gonna do and it makes you think and get curious cause it always turn out to be so good, sometimes strange yes but it builds anticipation and that leads to a really really good suprise when they finally reveal. BD is the most Magnificent corp I have ever seen. Just the way they move and performs, the dept of the shows they so craftly and brilliantly bring it to us, even if its strange or not liked but yet respected. I love how intelectual they layer and convey a theme, every detail makes sense once you understand the story. That my friend is entertainment for me because they wooed my interest to learn what they doing on the field. 2017 BD is coming off pretty interesting and I just cant wait to see tge direction they chose to go this season.
