And the floodgates are opening

So 74% did not. That's a majority. Yes, I am sure there are many allegations that are unpublished. On the other hand, we don't know the nature of those published accusations above, or if they were actually substantiated or not. I just feel that any particular violation (or criminal act) needs to be dealt with in regards to that particular organization and the adults responsible. I think we should avoid throwing a blanket of shame over the entire activity. There are still a lot of good corps doing the right things. -

Its easy to become angry and upset at these horrible things that are coming out. I know I am. But let's keep in mind that there are corps (the great majority, I believe) that are clean and healthy, that do serve the community as intended. -
For those who missed it, the replay is available at https://www.arizonaacademy.org/20for20/ - it's very interesting to see how something was created out of nothing. (You can also go back and review your favorite year's video at the same link). The response to the New Food Truck Campaign has been phenomenal - way above expectations! Of course, we could always use a little more. π There is a fun section in the video on the current food truck which was purchased from the Freelancers, and an Academy volunteer who ate off that truck when she marched the Freelancers back in the 70's! Many thanks to all those who have supported us during these 20+ days. It is greatly appreciated!
