he was Rude Dog when he came back in 90. the baritone line especially loathed him. when he brought Brett around, who was maybe 12 at the time, we nicknamed him Rude pup. now, i teach with Brett...and lemme tell ya....the apple didn't fall far from the tree. hell, Kristie could be Kathy Jr.

Dad was with Shore then, but I have heard the story from Mr. Bull( i cant bring myself to call him george 30 years later) himself! I also heard a great one from Gary Ulrich about when someone went off on Tru, who was judging, and called him an a-hole. Tru looked at the guy and said "is that the best you have? the president calls me that daily!"

I gotta say this...Templin at his day job is a complete reversal of the Rich we all know and love. downright scary

i'm with ya. growing up around the Rebels shaped me in many ways, and some of em were actually good ways!

then by all means, i wouldn't go say hi unless i passed him headed to the restroom or in the parking lot

well, not even all the D1 corps are filled Mike, and that's supposed to be the end all of junior corps. now granted, some corps need to do more to market themselves, but we have seen many corps getting better about reccomending other places to go if they don't make the cut. but, take those extra 15 kids to anouther say 18 corps, and again, you weaken it for anyone else who MAY have had a member

I heard it all from Dad, and i know there were comments about women too. and, i do know someone of african american descent who for years went to the corps table at Serenade and asked about membership and was glared at. he quit trying in 2004. he tried for 10 years
