With not much money available there is a police corps starting that has a small donation to buy some Bugles 2 valve or 3, to help disadvantaged youth. I think History shows us it isn't that easy breaking into the top 12 The last corps before this year was The Madison Scouts, I believe that was 5 years ago Colts have been on the bubble for at least 3 years and just made it this year, they probably will be on that bubble for 2 or 3 years until they start touring more that 13 shows.
