  2. 1)Boston Crusaders 2)Madison Scouts 3)Spirit Of Atlanta 4)Crossmen 5)Troopers This my top 5 to see in 2011, have no plans on watching the G7 or the now called TOC!!!
  3. I agree, they have been 87.? & 88.? almost a week now.
  4. This was sent to me by a friend who is in on the goings on in DCI. DCI has gone too far this Time! I am former member of 27th Lancers and it was told to me last night by DCI that starting next year corps are introducing woodwinds, has anyone else heard this yet? Maybe it's time to stop this & call it Drum and Bugle Corps Again, with Bugles & Drums "RIP Drum & Bugle Corps" 1930-2009

  6. I love that you are addicted, so aren't 75 percent of folks who are on here. Good Review so far!!!
  7. Boston Crusaders Core Of Temptation. It is a great show this early in the season.
  8. Cool Kevin, can't to hear what you think so far of this early season.
  9. Wow, I am glad to get all of this s&*t out of the way before the season starts & get on with Drum Corps!!! ILMAO
  10. The reason I said DCI Canada, I remember seeing a very similar photo back in the day, so I just took that it maybe DCI Canada.
  11. The photo is of 1978 Iso-snares as we called them. Drum Major was Frank Healy, I wonder if this photo was DCI Canada that's when Frank had finally gotten his Drum Major jacket that he was fitted for back in January of that year.
  12. I was lucky enough to be in Drum Corps! I cannot complain of doing parades. The only parade was the Bunker Hill Day Parade, Charlestown, MA. As an 11 year old kid carrying a large bass drum that seemed larger than me. We marched up and down some very big hills. Parades gave you the disipline and that extra stammina to carry on through the seasons. I am all for parades, it is to bad you do not see many Drum Corps do them anymore.
  13. Jim you are right on that photo it is 1980, 1979 John Shea carried Waldo. In 1980 It was Doug Dorr who carried Waldo that season.
  14. All of these photos are 1979 from DCI Canada Prelims. Our score jumped 10 points overnight. It is Krebsie: Dave Hanley, Drum Major & Maryellen Rota, Colorguard Caption.
