Due to one of our leads having a family issue, the Carolina Crown is in need of a lead trumpet player. The indiviual needs to be of age for junior corps, have above average range, self-motivated, a strong desire to succeed, and possess good marching skills. Hey Guys, great memories are always best shared with somebody else. I know $35 is a lot of money for some people, but if you bring a friend it really does help our cause! Ask somebody you know that has an interest in "that crazy hobby you have" to come for a ride and check it out. In these crazy economic times, you can't imagine the help it brings to a non-profit.

Where do you live? Buy a show ticket there. It doesn't have to be helping Crown (though it would be great), but rather drum corps as a whole. Help a local show by trying to keep the attendance level up in this market. Doesn't take much, just another ticket...

Willie, then you should email SCV and see if there is anything you can hand out for them at a show. I am sure that if you live within a reasonable driving distance to their shows, that they would love for you to hand out information for them. Heck, if they don't have something, ask if you can make it for them. What would happen if we all really became evangelists for our activity?

What if the Carolina Crown could save you money on your marching shoes and the small profit went to a non-profit that supports young performers? Just email me the brand, style and what you paid last year and I will send you an email in return with your price quote! We will attempt to beat or meet all competitor’s prices! When we agree to the price, we will send you a “flight” of shoe sizes for your parents to size your students and then we would subtract those shoes from your order. Know a member currently in Crown?
