randyb Posted March 19, 2008 Share Posted March 19, 2008 Hello all, The Teal Sound has now contracted all it's percussion and brass sections with the exception of 2 spots that are open in the Tuba line for the 2008 season. We are marching 12 tubas this season on brand new Jupiter Brass throughout the entire hornline, just as some added incentive. So, if you are interested in being in the South's hottest up and coming corps, then now is the time to get in on Teal's 10th Anniversary season. Be at camp on April 11 - 13 starting Friday evening at 8:00 pm. Email either randy@tealsound.org or brian@tealsound.org to find out how you can march this summer with the Teal Sound. Below is information on the upcoming Guard camp April 18 - 20. The Teal Sound Proudly Presents - 2008 First Full Guard Camp Weekend When: Friday - Sunday, April 18 - 20, 2008 Time: 8:00 p.m. Friday evening –2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon Where: Middleburg High School 3750 County Road 220 Middleburg, FL 32068 All 1st time prospective members Registration Fee: $80.00 Plus Camp Fee: $25.00 Returning Members: Your monthly dues and camp fee are payable at this camp (Teal Sound accepts Cash, Check, Visa/MC) Please remember to bring your flag, rifle or sabre. The new equipment is in and will be assigned to those that have already been contracted at this camp. Here we come again Florida/Georgia/Alabama/South & North Carolina The Teal Sound is ready to get started on the 2008 season with its first full color guard camp weekend. All those interested in participating in the 2008 Teal Guard need to be in attendance at this weekend camp. We will be competing in 24 shows, appearing in 3 parades and performing at other various events this year.
