Rochester Crusaders 4/26th & 27th

Recommended Posts

The Rochester Crusaders All Age Drum & Bugle Corps is looking forward to the upcoming weekend.

DCI Hall of Famer, Jim Prime will be in both days to work with the corps as we prepare for our competitive season.

This is also the First Full Guard Weekend of the 2008 season. We are also looking to fill a couple more spots for the guard.

Saturday Evening, the corps will be performing in their second of three preseason concerts at the Mighty St. Joe's Classic along with groups like Prime Time Brass, Ghost Riders, Erie Thunderbirds, Light Brigade, Brigadiers and your host, The Mighty St. Joe’s Alumni Corps.

Also by the end of the weekend, we plan on being able to play on the move about 4 minutes of the show.

Anyone on the fence should jump off the fence and come check out the 2008 Edition of the Rochester Crusaders. Limited spots are available. For more information, Please contact me at brianwilt@rochestercrusaders.org

The Rochester Crusaders all age Drum and Bugle Corps is a non-profit musical, visual and educational organization, that provides quality instruction that focuses on a musical and visual program that is both artistically and technically challenging. While being a competitive unit which travels all over the Northeast, we strive to bring the Rochester community closer to the unique activity of Drum and Bugle Corps which we perceive as an art form. The Crusaders also strive to keep the spirit of competition and the camaraderie throughout the Drum Corps community.

I got some rubber tubing today to fit where its missing!!

Also got a call from an 81 yr old man that read it in the paper and offered the loaner of his rudy-muck(sp?) trumpet that his parents bought him when he was 9 yrs old......its in perfect working order according to him  .......somehow I truly believe that with his concern and sincerity in his voice about this atrocity that occurred!

Got another call just a few minutes ago from a concerned citizen from Ontario NY with a loan on a Conn upright baritone!!

I am amazed at the outpouring from folks from everywhere that are offering help and The Crusaders GREATLY appreciate your kindness and best wishes!:devil:
