scv guy
Although the Kingsmen Alumni Corps was made up mostly of Kingsmen alumni, others pitched in to make the KAC dream a reality. Also, many either came to the Kingsmen from other corps and many moved on to march other corps after the Kingsmen. Also, many marched multiple corps. See if your corps is represented amongst this 100+ list. 27th Lancers Anaheim Kingsmen Anaheim Kingsmen Cadets Anaheim Scouts Argonauts Argonne Rebels Bellevue Sentinels Black Knights Blue Devils Blue Knights Blue Stars Boston Crusaders Brass Attack Bridgemen Bronx Kingsmen Boy's of '76 California Crusaders Californians Cavaliers Chicago Royal-Airs Chicago Royal-Airs Alumni Colts Commandant's Own Conquistadors (Kingsmen), South San Francisco, CA Continental Ambassadors Crossmen Culver City Imperials Des Plaines Vanguard Earthquake East Scarborough Kinsmen Emerald Knights Erie Thunderbirds Fox Valley Raiders Freelancers Garden Grove Grenadiers Glassmen Guardsmen, Schaumberg, IL Guardsmen, Redwood City, CA Hamburg Kingsmen Hanover Lancers Hawthorne Caballeros Impulse King's Lancers Knight Raiders LA Chinese/Imperial Dragons Lakewood Ambassadors Long Island Sunrisers Longview Marauders Lynwood Diplomats Madison Scouts Masqueraders Midlanders Milford Shoreliners Monterey Park Girls Muchachos Mystikal New Jersey Black Watch New York Kingsmen North Star NW Venture Optimist Alumni Optimist Cadets Pacific Alliance Pacific Crest Phantom Regiment Phantom Regiment Cadets Pioneer Pittsburgh Rockets Pride of Cincinnati Racine Kilties Reading Buccaneers Red Dragons Rochester Crusaders Rochester Grey Knights Rochester Phoenix Royal Regiment San Diego Albacores/Golden Statesmen San Francisco Renegades San Leandro Royalairs Santa Clara Vanguard Santa Clara Vanguard Alumni Corps Santa Clara Vanguard "B" Seattle Cascades Seattle Imperials Seattle Shamrocks Seattle Thunderbirds Seneca Optimists Seneca Princemen Senoritas Sharpsburg Cadets Sky Ryders SoCal Dream Southern Rebels Sparks Squires St. Catherines Chessmen St. John's Girls St. Lucy's Cadets St. Patrick's Cadets Stardusters Starlights Steel City Ambassadors Stockton Commodores Sundowners Sunrisers Toronto Optimists Troopers US Air Force US Navy Vagabonds Valley Fever Vaqueros Velvet Knights VFW Corps - Western NY Viscounts West Coast Express Junior West Coast Express Senior West Coast Sound West Covina Royal Blues Westshoremen White Stallions Wilmington D & B Corps BTW, this list is not complete, nor may it ever be as not everyone in the corps was heard from on the KAC forum. wsssb
I don't remember the Royal Regiment being a drum and bugle corps. In the mid-70s they were a youth band, and had an indoor guard that competed against a bunch of D&B corps. I also remember that Don Porter was in charge for a while. But I don't remember them as a drum and bugle corps. Am I wrong?
sticksbrown
You can add Stockton Commodores to the list as well! What a memorable performance. 15 snares stick tossing JT with no drops - historic! It was a complete honor to be a part of it. Earl S#7 KAC

Kay
You have LI Sunrisers and Sunrisers listed individually. I know their address changed but isn't it really the same corps? Edited April 28, 2008 by Kay
